JOB OVERVIEW

We're an e-commerce company running several online stores across Europe. We're looking for a sharp, reliable product researcher and ads analyst to find our next winning products and keep track of how our ads are performing.

We pay above the usual rate because we want someone serious who works hard and delivers every day. If that's not you, please don't apply.

What you'll do:

Product research
- Use our internal tool, which tracks competitor stores and their ads across Europe, to find the brands and products scaling fastest right now
- Dig into their best ads to see which product is driving the results
- Keep a ranked list of the best products for us to launch next, with numbers, pricing and links to their best ads
- Find the best videos and image ads for each product we go after, so our editors can make our own versions

Ad performance
- Track our Meta campaigns across all our brands and save the numbers each week to spot trends
- Check our brands daily and flag when one needs new ads
- When performance drops, work out why: the ads, the angles, the price, the offer, the product page or the competition
- Tell us what's working, what isn't, and what kind of ads we should make next

Reporting
- Report to our manager and help d ---------- what the team works on next
- Fill in a short daily report and a more detailed weekly report in Google Sheets

You should have:
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Ad Library
- A good understanding of metrics like frequency, CTR, CPA and ROAS, and how ads fatigue
- Knowledge of e-commerce and dropshipping: what makes a winning product and what a scaling ad looks like
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and spotting trends
- Good with Google Sheets
- Clear written English, your reports need to be easy to read and act on
- Reliability: you show up every day and deliver on time

What we offer:
- $4/hour, 3 hours a day, 7 days a week, 21 hours a week. This is a starting rate and we're very happy to increase it when the work is good
- Bonuses when your product finds or recommendations perform well
- Reliable, long-term work with flexible hours
- Room to grow into a bigger role as we scale
- A team that listens. We want your ideas on how the work could be done better

How to apply:
1. Start your message with "WINNING PRODUCT" so we know you read this post
2. Tell us about your experience with product research and Meta ads (and analysing ads, why they worked n why they didnt)
3. Portfolio of previous work
