The Opportunity

We are offering a Product QA & Support Trainee position for fresh graduates in Computer Science or related fields. This role provides structured training in product quality assurance, documentation, user support, and modern product workflows.

This position is suitable for graduates who enjoy writing, testing apps, and improving user experience.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong writing skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- Basic understanding of web or mobile applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently
- No prior QA experience required (training provided)

Responsibilities

1. Testing and Quality Assurance
-Test web, mobile, and blockchain-based features
-Follow test cases and checklists
-Document and report bugs using tools such as Jira or Notion

2. Documentation and User Guides
-Write and update user guides, FAQs, and Knowledge Base articles
-Document new features and changes
-Create clear step-by-step instructions for users and internal teams

3. Product Validation
-Check that features match designs and requirements
-Provide feedback on usability and product behavior
-Attend product demos and learn Agile workflows

4. User Support (Level 1)
-Assist users with login, access, wallet, and dashboard issues
-Escalate technical issues when needed

5. Reporting and Tracking
-Maintain logs of issues, test results, and product changes
-Prepare brief weekly reports

6. Collaboration and Learning
-Work with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
-Participate in tea ---------- etings and training sessions
-Learn modern tools, development workflows, and Web3 fundamentals

7. Security and Best Practices
-Follow company security guidelines
-Use MFA and maintain secure practices
