JOB OVERVIEW

Nut Dreamers and its affiliate companies are looking for a talented Product Packaging Designer to support our growing portfolio of brands by creating premium packaging, production-ready dielines, and high-quality 3D product renders that reflect our brand standards and are ready for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
• Design premium product packaging that follows our brand guidelines.
• Create and edit packaging artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
• Build, modify, and prepare artwork on printer dielines.
• Create realistic 3D product renders for presentations, e-commerce, sales, and marketing.
• Prepare print-ready files for manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
• Design packaging for new product launches, line extensions, and affiliate brands.
• Ensure all artwork is accurate, organized, and production ready.
• Collaborate with our team to implement revisions and maintain brand consistency across all products.
Required Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience creating and editing packaging dielines.
• Experience designing consumer product packaging.
• Ability to create professional 3D product renders.
• Strong understanding of print production and packaging specifications.
• Excellent typography, layout, color, and branding skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deliverables
• Final project files must include:
• Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
• Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
• High-resolution JPG
• Print-ready PDF (when applicable)
• All editable source files
This position includes a 60-day probation period to evaluate design quality, communication, execution, creativity, and overall fit. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to a long-term opportunity with Nut Dreamers and its affiliate companies.
