What you will do (simple and concrete)
1) Map ? Build ? Automate ? Document
- Map the workflow with clear roles and hand-offs (BPMN-lite, crisp swimlanes).
- Build the live workflow in
- Automate repetitive steps with n8n (APIs, webhooks, retries, logging).
- Document as SOP + 5-min Loom, publish in our E-learning.
This is the core loop of the role.
2) Measure ? Improve
- Track: on-time completion, overdue %, rework %, manual steps removed, cycle time.
- Ship small upgrades every 2–4 weeks. Keep a simple changelog.
3) Standardize
- Turn good flows into templates that any team can reuse (“hub-in-a-box”).
Two entry paths (pick the one that fits you)
Path A — Product Owner -> Systems Implementer
- You’re strong at planning and SOPs. You’ve touched n8n/Make and want to master it.
- You lead interviews + mapping, write crisp SOPs, and grow deep in automation.
Goal: become “PO who ships systems” (not just tickets).
Path B — Full-Stack -> Systems Implementer
- You’re strong at automation and APIs. You want more business/system design.
- You build n8n flows fast, then learn BPM and SOP design to make the system usable.
Goal: become the “builder who also designs the business flow.”
Your Background
- User Interviews, Project Management, Product Owner Hands on (if your coming from the PO Path)
- N8n hands-on (If youre coming from the Dev Path- or fast learner with proof).
- You will write clear, short SOPs anyone can follow.
- You care about numbers (before/after, not opinions).
- Personality fit: INTJ-T “Architect” traits: calm, structured, precise, improvement-driven.
