We’re looking for a Product & Order Manager to help us manage and scale our Shopify store. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep large product catalogs clean, accurate, and profitable — while making sure orders and customers are taken care of daily.
Responsibilities:
• Manage large product catalogs and SKU databases inside Shopify
• Import, update, and maintain product data using spreadsheets or Matrix files
• Update inventory levels and pricing daily based on manufacturer data feeds
• Process and manage customer orders end-to-end (purchase orders, tracking, fulfillment)
• Handle basic customer service inquiries and order-related questions via
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm inventory and order updates
• Identify and fix product data errors, broken links, or mismatched variants
• Maintain organized systems for SKUs, pricing sheets, and manufacturer updates
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores with large SKU counts
• Strong skills with Excel / Google Sheets and Matrix or bulk import systems
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive but critical data tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with dropshipping operations or vendor-managed inventory is a plus

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience. Opportunity to grow into a full-time operations or product management role as the company scales.
