Full Time

We're AI Studio 10, a mobile app studio building AI-native consumer products. Our flagship, Bible & AI Chat, is one of many — we ship fast, test aggressively, and live or die by the numbers.
We're hiring a Product Marketer to own the two levers that matter most in subscription apps: understanding what's working in the market and turning that into paid users who convert. This is a role for someone who gets genuinely excited about reverse-engineering a top-grossing app's paywall, spotting a creative angle three weeks before it saturates, and building the UA machine that turns insight into installs.
What you'll own
Competitor research is the core of this role, not a side task. You'll live inside tools like Sensor Tower, data.ai, AppMagic, and Foreplay — tracking creative trends, paywall experiments, onboarding flows, and pricing moves across the AI consumer category and adjacent verticals. You'll build the intelligence layer that informs every product and UA decision we make.
On the UA side, you'll plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google — from creative briefs through bidding strategy through LTV analysis. You'll work directly with our UA manager and creative producers, and your insights will drive the brief.
You'll also own positioning, ASO, and the narrative layer: store listings, screenshots, paywall copy, and the messaging that makes someone tap "subscribe" instead of closing the app.
What we're looking for
– 2–4 years in mobile app marketing, ideally on subscription consumer apps
– Obsessive about competitor research — you already have a teardown folder on your desktop
– Fluent with the UA stack: Meta, TikTok, ASA, AppsFlyer, paywall tooling (RevenueCat, Superwall, Adapty)
– Strong creative instinct — you can spot a winning ad angle and brief it clearly
– Comfortable with data: cohort analysis, LTV, payback, ROAS, not just surface-level dashboards
– Entrepreneurial. We're a studio, not an agency. You'll move fast and own outcomes.
Bonus points
– Experience in AI-native or faith/wellness/self-improvement categories
– Have shipped your own side project or written publicly about mobile marketing
– Comfortable with AI tooling for creative production and research workflows
The setup
Remote, fully global. We work async by default with overlap hours for collaboration. Compensation is competitive and includes performance upside tied to portfolio growth.
How to apply
Send us something that shows how you think — a competitor teardown you've done, a UA campaign breakdown, a creative angle you spotted early. A CV is fine too, but the work tells us more.
