JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager / Architect who bridges product design and engineering execution. This role combines system-level thinking, architectural oversight, and clear, actionable documentation—producing deliverables engineers can build from directly. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into architecture diagrams, wireframes, and well-scoped tickets with code-level precision, ensuring efficient handoff and reduced rework.

Requirements & Documentation
• Author architecture-aware product specifications including system diagrams, logic flows, and key technical dependencies.
• Prepare engineer-ready tickets, including pseudocode, scaffolding, or sample API structures.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, identifying potential design or implementation issues early.
• Build wireframes, mockups, and interaction flows using Figma or equivalent tools to align engineering and UX/UI early in the cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and architectural scalability before feature commitment.
Cross-Functional Execution
• Work closely with engineering leads to break down architecture into structured deliverables and sprint-ready tasks.
• Lead technical review sessions to validate assumptions and architecture decisions before coding begins.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, REST APIs, and modular system design.
• Hands-on experience writing or reviewing code in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL preferred.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows that accurately reflect data and system constraints.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between architectural purity, delivery speed, and scalability.
• Prior experience functioning as a bridge between engineering and design, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution.
