We are a U.S.-based D2C e-commerce company looking for a part-time Product & Logistics Manager. You will work closely with our China manufacturers and support product development, QC, sourcing, and logistics.
This is a part-time remote role with the strong opportunity to transition into full-time for the right person.
Responsibilities:
-Communicate daily/weekly with China factories (Mandarin + English)
-Review QC reports, samples, and product specifications
-Manage product development, revisions, and testing feedback
-Troubleshoot production issues and ensure factory timelines are met
-Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders & warehouses
-Prepare logistics documents (packing lists, invoices, HS codes, etc.)
-Track inventory, production schedules, and shipment status
-Support internal operations and customer service teams with product-related issues
-Assist with new product sourcing and supplier research
Requirements:
-Fluent Mandarin & English (spoken + written)
-2–5+ years experience working with China factories or supply chain
-Strong knowledge of QC, product specs, and manufacturing workflows
-Experience in international logistics and freight coordination
-Excellent communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
-Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
-Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-Comfortable with spreadsheets and project management tools
-Must be available to work in U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) for team and factory coordination
