JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Development & Product Operations Manager to own the entire lifecycle of multiple consumer products across several fast-growing brands.

This is NOT a VA role, NOT content writing, NOT basic sourcing.

This is a high-responsibility, execution-heavy role where you will manage:
- Product development
- Packaging & compliance
- Supplier communication
- Manufacturing
- Samples & golden samples
- Pre-production
- Freight & 3PL
- Amazon/Walmart/TikTok/Shopify readiness
- Ongoing production & brand support

You will work directly with the CEO and our internal agency (PSM) to bring products from idea ? sample ? packaging ? production ? launch ? reorder coordination.

We currently manage multiple consumer brands, including products in: home goods, fragrance sprays, personal care, and engineered plastic goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full Product Development Lifecycle
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers (China, PH, US)
- Manage samples, revisions, golden samples, pre-production
- Create and maintain product spec sheets
- Execute QC checks, inspections, and confirmations
- Negotiate MOQs, pricing, timelines

Packaging & Compliance
- Manage dielines, packaging versions (V1–V6)
- Work with designers on revisions
- Manage GS1 barcodes, label claims, warnings
- Prepare packaging files for print vendors

Supply Chain & Logistics
- Coordinate freight, 3PL communication, carton labeling
- Track shipments, inbound FBA/WFS/TTS requirements
- Maintain accurate product data (weights, dims, cartonization)

Cross-Department Coordination
- You will coordinate internally with our specialized teams:
- SEO Team (provide product info)
- PPC Team (provide packaging, specs, and data needed for ads)
- Amazon Ops (images, compliance, listings)
- Walmart Ops
- Shopify/WooCommerce support
- TikTok Shop support

You DO NOT manage SEO/PPC or creative — you supply them with correct product data.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience
- 3+ years in product development, sourcing, supply chain, or brand operations
- Direct experience communicating with factories (Alibaba/1688/GlobalSources)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and packaging
- Experience preparing products for Amazon FBA (mandatory)
- Experience supporting Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok Shop (big plus)
