JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Product Creative Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, ideating, sketching, and developing 3D models for innovative baby products that combine functionality, aesthetics, and emotional connection. You will drive early-stage product ideas — turning insights and trends into tangible concepts — and collaborate closely with our product and creative teams to bring these ideas to life.

This role requires strong conceptual thinking, aesthetic sensitivity, and technical product design skills. If you are passionate about designing purposeful baby products that make everyday parenting easier and more joyful, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, unmet needs, and product opportunities relevant to baby products.
• Generate creative and forward-thinking ideas through freehand sketching, moodboards, and visual ideation.
• Develop detailed 3D models and realistic renders that clearly communicate product form, ergonomics, and material intent.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Creative, and Product Development teams to explore, refine, and finalize design directions.
• Translate abstract ideas and feedback into clear visual storytelling and refined design outputs.
• Support multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) to visualize and present design concepts professionally.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a relevant product design or industrial design role.
• A portfolio that highlights concept sketches, 3D visualizations, and final product outcomes — especially for consumer or baby-related products.
• Strong conceptual thinking — demonstrated ability to ideate and communicate design intent through clear hand sketches and storyboards.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about the baby product industry with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
• Required proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling skills (e.g., SolidWorks). 3D rendering skills is a plus.
• Demonstrates consistency in completing tasks on schedule and an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with the team.
