JOB OVERVIEW

We're Cleo (callcleo.ai) , a fast-growing AI startup building voice agents for automotive dealerships across the United States.

We're looking for a creative, versatile designer to help shape how Cleo looks and feels across our product, website, and brand.

You'll work directly with our founding team and have the opportunity to take ownership of design across the company.

**What you'll be working on:**

* Designing beautiful, intuitive interfaces for our web application and dashboard.
* Building and improving our website and landing pages in Framer.
* Creating polished graphics for LinkedIn, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other brand materials.
* Developing a consistent visual identity across our product and marketing.
* Experimenting with AI design tools to accelerate workflows and bring new ideas to life.

**What we're looking for:**

* Strong visual taste and attention to detail.
* Experience with Figma and familiarity with Framer, or a willingness to learn.
* Experience designing modern websites, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered design and development tools, or genuine enthusiasm to learn them.
* Ability to work independently, take feedback, and move quickly.
* Strong written English and communication skills.

You don't need to know every tool. We're looking for someone who's curious, resourceful, and excited to learn.
