This role supports the production team across multiple brands, ensuring production schedules are met. The Production Assistant will manage day-to-day system entries, maintain work-in-progress reports, and act as a key liaison between the team and factory partners. It is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone with experience in PLM/ERP systems and managing multiple priorities.

What you will do:
•Own accurate, timely data entry in BlueCherry for styles, purchase orders, costing, and production details
•Build, update, and maintain WIP (work-in-progress) reports, proactively flagging delays or bottlenecks
•Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs); monitor and update quantities, costs, and dates
•Track samples end-to-end, logging status, following up with factories, and coordinating hand-offs
•Conduct regular factory follow-ups on production timelines, shipping dates, and outstanding issues
•Escalate delays or quality concerns to the production team as needed
•Support production across all brands simultaneously, adjusting priorities as required
Key Qualifications
•Hands-on experience with BlueCherry or a similar PLM/ERP system
•Prior experience in apparel or fashion production, sourcing, or merchandising coordination
•Strong working knowledge of WIP management and the product development-to-production lifecycle
•Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
•Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable learning new systems
•Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
