JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help find qualified subcontractors and collect price quotes for government contracting opportunities in the United States. The role involves researching local contractors, contacting them by phone/email, sending project scopes, following up, and helping collect approximately 10–15 quotes across 5 projects each week.

Questions:
1. How many years of experience do you have in procurement, vendor sourcing, or requesting quotes?
2. Describe your experience contacting vendors or subcontractors to obtain price quotes.
3. How would you find qualified US subcontractors on a weekly basis?
