JOB OVERVIEW

Source products and locate key suppliers that can meet the company's purchasing agreement and deliver high quality products according to its specifications.

Job Description:
Deal with end to end supplier sourcing process.
Manage new and existing suppliers’ accounts to ensure smooth operations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers.
Research products that are viable to sell.
Place reorders for existing product lines based on demand and inventory levels.
Negotiate pricing, order quantities, production timelines, and payment terms.
Monitor ongoing production processes to ensure timely and quality completion.
Experienced in dealing with Chinese suppliers - REQUIREMENT
Speaking mandarin is a HUGE ADVANTAGE

BS Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or any related course
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role
Proven research experience, including data analysis and report preparation.
Good English communication skills - someone who can express himself/herself very well
Someone who can adapt in a fast-paced environment and someone who learns fast
Works well under pressure
Must be comfortable in receiving feedback / constructive criticism
Someone who has a can-do attitude and focuses more on providing solutions.
This position is primarily a work-from-home arrangement; however, we need a team player who is enthusiastic about collaborating with our team onsite when required. While there’s no fixed schedule for these onsite engagements, they will be planned well in advance to ensure flexibility and alignment with your schedule.
