The Procurement Coordinator will be a key member of Imbibe’s Supply Chain & Operations team, primarily responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of raw material data within Imbibe’s formulation system. This role will support cross-functional teams including Procurement, Research & Development (R&D), and Regulatory by ensuring that all approved raw materials are properly documented, validated, and up to date.
The Procurement Coordinator will lead data clean-up initiatives, standardize raw material records, and support regulatory compliance efforts through detailed documentation review. This role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to support efficient and compliant supply chain operations.
Essential Job Duties
• Maintain and improve raw material data accuracy within Imbibe’s formulation system, supporting ongoing data integrity initiatives
• Accurately enter and update raw material information within designated fields in the formulation database
• Standardize raw material descriptions in alignment with Imbibe’s naming conventions and data governance standards
• Cleanse existing raw material records by identifying and removing outdated or inaccurate information and replacing it with validated, current data
• Maintain and update pricing tiers and cost information for all approved raw materials in collaboration with Procurement
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by assisting in the review of approved raw materials for requirements including Prop 65, Non-GMO, Bioengineered (BE), and Country of Origin
• Review and validate regulatory documentation, including SDS, TDS, and Certificates of Origin, to ensure accuracy and completeness of raw material records
• Partner with Procurement, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and consistency across systems and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Support special projects and other supply chain initiatives as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, data management, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and validation
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, food science, or a related field preferred
• Experience with formulation management systems
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation (SDS, TDS, COA, etc.)
• Experience working in the food and beverage or ingredients industry
