Full-Time | Remote | Australian Mining Company
We are an Australian-based BPO seeking an experienced Procurement Admin to support our client, an Australian mining company.
This is a full-time (FT) role of 40 hours per week, during Australian business hours. Offering the flexibility of working-from-home (WFH) and a competitive salary package + paid leave + bonuses.
This role is responsible for providing day-to-day procurement and administrative support, ensuring smooth purchasing operations, inventory coordination, and office administration. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting procurement and admin functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Procurement Support
• Prepare and issue price enquiries and purchase orders for stock items, office consumables, and supplies
• Review and process purchase requisitions and approvals
• Ensure timely purchasing commitments to meet operational requirements
• Assist in cost tracking and identifying opportunities to reduce expenditure
Order Expediting & Coordination
• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers to track and manage orders
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to support office and operations
Fuel Management & Data Tracking
• Manage fuel-related data entry and tracking
• Perform POD (Proof of Delivery) checking and goods receipt
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in deliveries and records
Administration & Office Support
• Provide general office admin and receptionist support
• Assist tea
• Maintain organized records and documentation
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare accurate and professional reports
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all tasks
• Draft bilingual reports (English/Mandarin) where required
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Systems & Tools You’ll Use
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Procurement / Supply Chain Systems
• ERP Systems

• Proven experience in procurement admin or general admin support
• Year 12 certificate or above (minimum requirement)
• Experience handling purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier coordination
• Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain support
• Experience in mining, construction, or similar industries
• Familiarity with logistics and supplier coordination
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/supply chain systems
