JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I’m looking for a Process Support Specialist to join my team and help keep daily operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

This is a full-time remote position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring administrative and operational responsibilities independently. The ideal candidate enjoys working with processes, maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and ensuring important tasks are completed on time.

To be considered, you should have previous experience supporting a service-based business suchas construction, roofing, electrical services, plumbing, HVAC, or a similar industry

Responsibilities:
* Process invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
* Submit registrations, applications, warranties, rebates, permits, and other required paperwork.
* Update CRM records and internal business systems.
* Organize and maintain operational files, records, and documentation.
* Track recurring tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and service providers when needed.
* Schedule and publish pre-approved content.
* Follow established procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
* Assist with operational projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Required
* Experience supporting a service-based business such as construction, roofing, electrical services, plumbing, HVAC, or a similar industry
* Experience handling operational, administrative, documentation, or process-related responsibilities.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience using CRM platforms and other business software.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred:
* Experience processing permits, registrations, warranties, rebates, or compliance-related documentation.
* Experience creating, documenting, or improving operational processes.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.

Schedule:
* Full-Time
* Monday to Friday
* Night Shift
