About the Role
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Process Support Executive to help manage and maintain our internal systems and documentation.

This is a backend operations role focused on keeping workflows structured, paperwork accurate, and processes running smoothly. There may be occasional light customer-facing tasks, but the primary focus is administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
• Process warranty registrations for HVAC and related equipment
• Submit rebate documentation for energy-efficient installations
• Maintain organized digital records and internal tracking systems
• Assist leadership in refining and improving workflows
• Draft and schedule social media posts
• Prepare and send invoices once services or installations are completed
• Provide basic administrative customer assistance when necessary

Qualifications We Require
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) (REQUIRED)
• Direct experience supporting a field-service or trade-based business (REQUIRED)
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Operations Support (REQUIRED)
• Familiarity with permits, compliance paperwork, rebates, or service-related documentation (PLUS)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems quickly

Work Arrangement
• Full-time remote position
• 8 hours per day
• 5 days per week
