ROLE: PROCESS MANAGER (OPERATOR + SYSTEMS)
We are hiring a Process Manager to bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence into scaling businesses.
You will function as an embedded operator — building workflows, documenting SOPs, and helping businesses run better without constant founder involvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Process Manager, you will:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Build and improve internal workflows across teams
- Document processes into clear SOPs (step-by-step)
- Standardize execution so teams operate consistently
- Organize systems in tools like Notion, Google Drive, CRMs
- Support leadership with operational clarity and structure
- Take ownership of process improvement, not just tasks

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Clear documented SOPs that anyone can follow
- Less confusion, fewer repeated questions
- Workflows that run smoothly without micromanagement
- Founders gain visibility and operational freedom
- Teams execute consistently with structure

REQUIREMENTS
- 30–40 hours per week (long-term role)
- Strong written English (very important)
- Experience with SOP writing or process mapping is a plus
- Highly organized and proactive systems thinker
- Comfortable taking ownership and improving operations independently
- Experience with agencies, SaaS, or startups is a big plus
- Willing to learn new tools, workflows, and business models
