JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

I am a busy entrepreneur running a car dealership alongside an active e-commerce business in Singapore. I do not have the time to micromanage. I am looking for a highly organized, independent, and proactive Virtual Assistant to take complete ownership of my daily task checklists.

You must be the kind of person who solves problems before I even notice them, suggests improvements to my systems, and can be trusted to manage the daily workflow flawlessly.

Schedule & Compensation:

Rate: $5.50 / hour (Approx. $500 / month)

Hours: 3 hours per day.

Schedule: 6 days a week on a fixed daily schedule (exact working hours are open for discussion).

Opportunity for Extra Pay: If you want to work 7 days a week to earn extra money, that option is always open. We can discuss this during the interview.

Core Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Daily Operations (Shopee/Lazada/1688): Fully manage the daily health and operations of multiple e-commerce stores. This includes executing customer service, processing specific pre-orders and 1688 orders, managing returns/refunds, monitoring inventory thresholds, entering platform campaigns, and actively checking for banned or deleted listings.

Automotive Business Admin (Fitz Automobile): Maintain back-end organization for a car dealership. This involves syncing vehicle prices across multiple listing platforms, diligently tracking and alerting me of road tax expirations, and organizing incoming invoices and new car data into Google Sheets.

Requirements

(Optional) Proven experience in E-commerce management (specifically Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers) and general administrative support.

Extreme attention to detail. you execute daily checklists with zero missed steps.

High level of autonomy; you know how to find answers and troubleshoot issues independently without waiting for instructions.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work highly efficiently within a 3-hour daily window.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
