Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented PE Real Estate Investment Analyst VA to support our deal evaluation, financial modeling, and investor communication work. You will work directly with our senior investment team on real, live transactions — not busy work.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance or accounting background who wants meaningful exposure to U.S. private equity and real estate investing.

What You Will Be Doing
FINANCIAL MODELING & ANALYSIS
• Build, update, and audit Excel/Google Sheets financial models for property acquisitions, developments, and dispositions
• Run sensitivity analyses and scenario tests to support investment decisions
• Research market comparables, rent data, cap rates, and other real estate metrics

DEAL & TRANSACTION SUPPORT
1) Assist in preparing investment committee memos, presentation decks, and supporting data packages
2) Build financial models and analyze IRR and cash yield metrics
3) Organize and review due diligence materials (financial statements, rent rolls, legal documents)
4) Maintain deal pipeline trackers and manage document folders

INVESTOR & REPORTING SUPPORT
• Draft investor update memos, quarterly reports, and data summaries
• Prepare and format PowerPoint and PDF presentations for investors and partners
• Assist with ad hoc research and portfolio monitoring tasks

What We Are Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, equity research, accounting, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills — you should be comfortable building models from scratch, not just editing them
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for professional presentation preparation
• Experience with U.S. real estate, investment banking, or private equity
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field is a plus
• Strong written English — you will be drafting investor-facing documents
• Self-starter who can manage tasks independently across different time zones
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
Nice to Have
• CPA, CFA candidate, or relevant postgraduate finance qualifications
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or employers
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate terminology (cap rates, NOI, LTV, IRR, DSCR, etc.)
Compensation & Working Conditions
• Salary: $2,400-$3400 USD per month (paid bi-weekly or monthly via Wise/Payoneer)
• Full-time, long-term position — we are not looking for project-based or part-time candidates
• Working hours aligned to U.S. Central or Eastern time (overlap required during core business hours)
• 13th month equivalent bonus for long-tenured tea ---------- mbers
• Performance review at 6 months with salary growth potential
