JOB OVERVIEW

I'm building a print-on-demand and dropshipping business from scratch. Multiple theme stores across TikTok Shop, Amazon, my own website, and possibly Etsy. I'm looking for one person to own the product side: find the trend, design the product, list it well, and keep it moving.

This is not a "wait for instructions" role. I want someone hungry who spots that Halloween and Thanksgiving are next and is already building for it.

What you'll do
- Research trending products and niches, then d ---------- what we launch
- Design print-ready artwork for apparel, mugs, posters, and similar products
- Build and publish listings in Printify or Printful, and push them to our sales channels
- Write SEO-optimized titles, tags, bullets, and descriptions for each platform
- Plan ahead by season: Halloween and Thanksgiving now, then Christmas, Valentine's, and so on
- Create simple organic content assets for TikTok and support our paid ad creative
- Source dropship products when print-on-demand isn't the right fit (AliExpress and similar)
- Handle day-to-day customer support email

What I need you to already know how to do
- Launch a store from zero, not just maintain one someone else built
- Run several theme stores at once without dropping the ball
- Design fast in Canva, and ideally Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity
- Use Printify or Printful properly: mockups, variants, profit margins, print files at correct DPI
- Do real product research, including with paid tools if we buy them
- Use AI tools in your actual workflow, not just as a novelty
- Write clear English for listings and customer emails

Bonus points
- You can illustrate and draw original designs, not only assemble stock elements
- You've sold on TikTok Shop or Amazon before
- You've run or assisted on paid ads

The offer

Interview process

One call, 1 to 2 hours. We'll go through your experience, your workflow, your design work, how you research products, and how you use AI tools. No multi-round runaround.
