PeachHaus Group is hiring an experienced PriceLabs Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management for approximately 15 short-term rental listings.
We are looking for someone who knows how to use PriceLabs strategically, not just someone who adjusts prices mechanically. You should understand occupancy pacing, seasonality, lead time, gap night strategy, minimum stay optimization, market demand, event-based pricing, and how to increase overall booking revenue while protecting ADR.
What you will be responsible for:
Managing pricing and revenue strategy for about 15 STR listings
Optimizing nightly rates, minimum stays, gap nights, orphan nights, and last-minute discounts
Monitoring market trends, competitor behavior, occupancy pacing, and local demand
Adjusting PriceLabs settings to improve booking performance and revenue
Reviewing listing performance regularly and making proactive pricing decisions
Identifying underperforming listings and implementing revenue improvement strategies
Communicating clearly about what changes were made and why
Requirements:
Proven experience using PriceLabs for short-term rentals
Strong understanding of STR revenue management
Experience managing multiple listings at once
Ability to show real examples of how you increased booking revenue, occupancy, ADR, or RevPAR
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Reliable communication and professional follow-through
