About Us

We are a UK-based signage and vehicle graphics company producing high volumes of artwork for print. Accuracy is critical — mistakes lead to costly reprints, so we are building a dedicated QA process to ensure every file is 100% correct before production.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-obsessed QA specialist to check artwork before it goes to print.

This is NOT a creative design role. Your responsibility is to carefully inspect files and ensure they are accurate, correctly scaled, and match the customer brief exactly.

You will be the final checkpoint before production.

Key Responsibilities
Check all artwork against the original job brief before print
Verify measurements and scaling (especially vehicle wheelbase and layout)
Ensure correct use of templates and positioning
Check all text:
spelling
phone numbers

email
addresses
URLs
Confirm correct icons, branding, and layout rules are followed
Open and review files in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Acrobat
Ensure files are print-ready (no missing elements, correct setup)
Flag ANY issues clearly before approval
Complete a QA checklist for every job
Important

You must be comfortable saying:

“This job is NOT ready for print”

Accuracy is more important than speed.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail (this is the most important requirement)
Experience in:
print production, signage, OR prepress checking
Ability to read and compare job briefs carefully
Good written English
Comfortable working with measurements and layouts
Experience using Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Acrobat
Reliable and consistent
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with vehicle graphics or large format print
Understanding of scale drawings or templates
