We create modern, engaging, short-form videos for social media — the kind that stop the scroll.

If you can match (or beat) that level of editing, we want to meet you.

We are hiring a Premiere Pro Video Editor (Virtual Assistant) to join our remote creative team.

You will edit short-form social media content such as:
Instagram Reels
TikToks
YouTube Shorts

You’ll be following our detailed editing SOP and working with project assets, scripts, and briefs that we provide.
You’ll follow our step-by-step process (we’ll train you in our SOP):
Review client script and project brief (via Google Sheet).
Download footage and assets from shared folders (Drive/Dropbox).
Edit the video in Adobe Premiere Pro following the brand style, tone, and pacing.
Export correctly named files and upload to Dropbox (captioned + non-captioned).
Update progress in Google Sheets and Asana.

Each project must match the Media4You look — clean color grading, strong pacing, engaging captions, and branded consistency.

? Requirements
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and rhythm
Attention to brand details (logos, fonts, tone)
Fast and reliable internet connection
Good communication skills (must check messages daily)
Can follow instructions and meet deadlines
