Lakeview Law is transitioning from its legacy firm, Wright Gray, and is building a fast, nimble offshore operations team in the Philippines to support that transition and ongoing pre-litigation case management.
## The Opportunity
Lakeview Law is hiring three offshore Pre-Litigation Case Managers based in the Philippines.
This team will:
- Help migrate and organize files from the legacy Wright Gray Clio system into the Lakeview Law Clio system.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of personal injury pre-litigation files.
- Support disciplined daily file movement and help maintain a strong settlement pipeline.
This is a production role for candidates who are organized, responsive, and able to move files every day without letting matters stall.
## What You Will Do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of active pre-litigation cases in Clio.
- Track status, next steps, and responsible party on every file.
- Ensure no assigned file goes more than 14 days without meaningful activity.
- Request, chase, and organize medical records and bills.
- Monitor treatment progress and identify gaps in care.
- Compile and organize documents for demand packages, including records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with client communication by drafting updates and logging all contact in Clio.
- Transfer and clean up case data from the Wright Gray Clio system into the Lakeview Law Clio system, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
- Keep Clio updated daily with notes, tasks, workflows, and statuses.

- Faster case progression through consistent follow-up and organized execution.
- Clean, organized electronic files that attorneys and in-office staff can rely on.
- Timely, documented follow-ups with providers, adjusters, and clients.
## Required Qualifications
- Must have hands-on Clio experience.- Must be able to talk about program usage and demonstrate during interview how you used it while we share our screen. (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVEN'T USED CLIO)
- Must have 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume docket.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work hours aligned with U.S. operations.
## Preferred Qualifications
- U.S. personal injury law firm experience. (MANDATORY AND MUST PROVIDE NAME OF FIRM AND ATTORNEY YOU WORKED FOR)
- Experience with medical records, billing, and demand package preparation.
- Experience with data migration or transferring cases between systems.
- Familiarity with EOS-style accountability and scorecard environments.
