We need a creative + organized VA, with photography culling and tagging skills, who can handle a complete content production workflow — from camera roll culling to color grading / retouching, to file management (in a CMS, adding the correct fields + tags)
1. CMS Organization
• In our CMS images outstanding, apply the correct metadata fields + tags
• For incorrect Filenames, rename it following our standardized naming conventions
• In Notion, use the correct mappings for each location’s field/tags, flagging any that need review
2. (Capture One, Adobe Bridge) Culling & Selection of Stock Photos
Reviewing large photo sessions (1,000–2,000+ images) to identify for stock photography, the best images:
• In Capture One, cull through photo galleries, folder by folder -
• Color tag and rate commercially viable stock images (no recognizable people or places, no logos / brands - if possible, crop peoples faces and eyes, retouch out logos / brands )
• Color grade + clean up / retouching to match style reference, shots on our portfolio site.
