Post Production Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with a 1-hour break
Salary: $1000 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Post Production Specialist to support our growing production team, with a strong focus on quality control and the review of already edited images. This role blends technical post-production knowledge with light administrative support to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows. It is well suited for someone with experience in real estate photography and a strong appreciation for producing visually compelling content.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a solid understanding of the post-production workflow, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for quality assurance. As a collaborative, team-facing role, excellent English communication skills and the ability to build strong, professional working relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and quality-check edited images to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production standards.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Ensure final outputs meet established quality benchmarks before delivery.
Collaborate closely with editors and internal tea
Communicate clearly and professionally to support alignment across the team.
Maintain organized records of revisions, feedback, and approvals.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve post-production and QC processes.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of the image editing and post-production process.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-based environment.
Confident in providing feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
Highly organized, reliable, and responsible.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in photos.
Prior experience in post-production, image review, or quality assurance is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
