JOB OVERVIEW

Ultra Homebuyers is a real estate wholesaling and acquisitions company. We run our entire lead pipeline through Podio with GlobiFlow automations handling routing, follow-ups, and team notifications.

We're hiring one full-time specialist to own, build, and maintain this infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build Podio apps, workspaces, and relationships from scratch
- Create, troubleshoot, and optimize GlobiFlow automations
- Connect Podio to third-party tools via Zapier and webhooks
- Maintain data integrity across our lead pipeline
- Document all systems clearly
- Assist with reporting views, calculated fields, and dashboards

REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert-level Podio (apps, relationships, calculated fields, permissions)
- Expert-level GlobiFlow (conditional logic, multi-step flows, webhooks)
- Working knowledge of Zapier and webhook integrations
- Strong written English and documentation habits
- Detail-oriented and systematic — our pipeline runs at scale

A STRONG PLUS: Real estate, wholesale, or lead management experience

HOW TO APPLY:
Respond with the following:
1. Describe the most complex GlobiFlow automation you've personally built. Walk me through what it did, how you triggered it, what conditions it checked, and what actions it took. Be specific — I want to see how you think, not just what you did.
2. What tools have you connected to Podio outside of GlobiFlow? (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.) Describe one integration you set up and how it worked.
3. Have you worked in a real estate, wholesaling, or lead generation environment before? If yes, describe the Podio setup — what apps were in the workspace, how leads moved through the pipeline, and what your role was in building or maintaining it.

This is a full-time role. 30 hours/week. Daily availability required.
