JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Bay Area podcast production studio looking for a talented and reliable Podcast Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our team long-term.
Our company specializes in premium podcast production, multicam editing, short-form social clips, and branded content for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves storytelling and clean edits
Wants long-term consistent work
Communicates well
Is proactive and coachable
Wants to grow with a creative company
You will primarily help edit:
Multicam podcasts
YouTube episodes
Reels / Shorts / TikToks
Social media clips
Podcast highlight ---------- nts
We currently edit using:
DaVinci Resolve 20/21
CapCut
Dropbox / Google Drive workflows
Responsibilities
Edit multicam podcast episodes in DaVinci Resolve
Create engaging short-form vertical clips for social media
Sync and clean audio
Basic color correction and audio leveling
Add captions, zooms, transitions, and motion cuts where appropriate
Organize project files and exports
Meet deadlines consistently
Attend occasional Zoo ---------- etings during Pacific Time business hours
Requirements
Strong experience with DaVinci Resolve 20 or 21
Experience with CapCut
Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention editing
Basic color grading knowledge
Ability to follow branding/style direction
Reliable internet and computer
Good communication skills
Fluent in English and/or Tagalog
Comfortable working with a U.S.-based team and Pacific Time meetings
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Podcast editing experience
YouTube editing
Motion graphics
Thumbnail design
Audio mixing
Understanding of social media trends and retention editing
