- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel and Google Drive.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing numbers and documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Reliable, organised, responsive and open to constructive feedback.
- Willing to learn and improve.

- AI-assisted video-editing tools.
- Previous experience as an administrative VA.
### Working Arrangement
- Remote, Philippines-based.
- Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week initially.
- Flexible working hours, with reasonable availability for communication during Singapore business hours.
- Salary: USD $6–$8/hour depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Opportunity for more hours and a longer-term working relationship based on performance.
### What I Value
I value people who are **creative yet meticulous, independent yet receptive to feedback, and responsible for the quality of their work**.
You don't have to know everything from day one, but you must be willing to learn, communicate clearly and take ownership of your responsibilities.
I will provide creative direction and reference materials. I am looking for someone who can understand what I have in mind, execute it thoughtfully and continuously improve.
### How to Apply
Please send:
1. A brief introduction about yourself and your relevant experience.
