Full-Time Podcast Video Editor (Long-Form + Shorts) - Premium Quality, Hiring This Week

I'm launching a personal podcast on AI, entrepreneurship and life in Bali, and I'm hiring a full-time video editor to own the entire podcast edit pipeline, long-form episodes plus short-form cutdowns for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Looking to hire in the next few days so move fast.

The work:
Editing raw multi-cam podcast footage into polished long-form episodes (multi-speaker face cuts, clean audio mixing, beautiful colour grading). The visual benchmark is Chris Williamson's Modern Wisdom, premium, cinematic, warm. The intro style I want is Diary of a CEO, captivating hook, fast-paced cold open, cinematic title card. From each episode you'll also cut 5-10 short-form clips for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn with quality captions, hook-first structure, and zero filler.
Most important: turnaround speed.

I already have 10 episodes filmed and need at least 1 long-form episode edited and delivered per day for the first week, then 10 more episodes by the end of the month. This is non-negotiable. To hit that pace you need to know how to use AI tools and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve plugins to speed up the workflow (auto-transcription, auto-captions, silence removal, multi-cam sync, AI colour matching, etc). If you're still editing the old manual way, this role isn't for you.
If the long-form plus short-form workload is too much for one person, I'm open to hiring two editors, one for long-form and one for short-form. Long-form is the priority right now.

Technical requirements:
I work with large raw files, sometimes up to 100GB per episode, so you need fast, reliable internet for downloads and uploads. You also need a machine that can handle 4K multi-cam edits without crashing.
