JOB OVERVIEW

You know MrBeast. Now work with the person who helped direct it.

Our founder spent years as a video director at MrBeast, working on content that generated over 10 billion views. He knows what makes people watch. He knows pacing, storytelling, and how to build a video that holds attention from start to finish. That knowledge drives everything we do at Biggest Agency.

We produce high-end YouTube shows and podcasts for entrepreneurs and business leaders. We are growing our editing team and looking for someone overseas who is hungry, talented, and ready to be pushed.

What this role will do for you
Most editing jobs have you cutting the same content on autopilot every week. This one is different.

Our standards are high. Our feedback is honest and direct. Our process has been shaped by billions of views of content that actually performed.

After one year with us, you will be a significantly better editor. You will understand long-form storytelling and podcast pacing at a level most editors never reach. You will have the work to prove it.

We do not just want to hire you. We want to develop you.

This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the relationship grows.

What you will be editing
You own the long-form episode from start to finish. Each week you will deliver fully edited podcast episodes — multicam footage, professional audio, color, and pacing. Finished files are delivered through Google Drive.

You will start with 3 stringouts per week, growing to 6 or more as the relationship develops and capacity expands.

Your Senior Editor reviews every cut and gives direct feedback before anything goes to the client. Revisions are part of the job and are not paid separately. The editors who thrive here study the feedback, apply it fast, and hold themselves to a high standard before they submit anything.

What we need from you
Adobe Premiere Pro
Fast, reliable internet
Available during US business hours for communication and revisions

A note on your computer
Editing multicam podcast footage with professional audio is demanding. A slow machine will slow down your delivery and make this job hard. Before you apply, confirm your setup can handle this work.

Minimum specs:
Processor: Intel i7/i9, AMD Ryzen 7/9, or Apple M1 Pro / M2 / M3 or newer
RAM: 32GB minimum, 64GB preferred
Storage: 1TB SSD minimum — you will regularly receive and store large project files
GPU: Dedicated card with 8GB+ VRAM (PC) or Apple Silicon

In your application video, show us your setup or walk us through your specs.

To apply
Record a 2 to 3 minute video. Introduce yourself, tell us how long you have been editing, show us your best long-form work, and tell us why this role interests you. Upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and include the link.

The video matters more than your resume.
