JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a skilled podcast and video content expert who can take my scattered content and turn it into an organized, consistent, high-performing presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Shorts — with the goal of getting monetized on all platforms.

I interview people about real estate, business, entrepreneurship, investing, and personal growth, but I am open to format improvements. I am coachable and want someone who will push me, not just edit videos.

This is a part-time, per-project role (not full-time). Most episodes will cost $80–$100 total (full edit + shorts + posting + performance review).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Clean up my existing content

-Organize old episodes

-Move past content onto all platforms

-Create a content library and distribution system

-Build a repeatable workflow for future episodes

2. Edit long-form episodes

-Use raw Google Meet recordings

-Produce polished YouTube episodes

-Add captions, graphics, modern pacing, strong hooks, pattern interrupts

3. Create short-form clips

-Use AI tools (OpusClip, Descript, CapCut AI, etc.)

- Find high-retention ---------- nts

- Produce 8 to 15 strong clips per episode

4. Publish everywhere

-Upload to all platforms

-Optimize titles, descriptions, and hashtags

-Assist with thumbnails or thumbnail direction

5. Provide growth strategy

-Tell me what performs and what does not

-Coach me on hooks and interview structure

-Suggest new formats or recurring questions

-Track analytics and recommend improvements

-Help position the channel for monetization

-You understand retention, hook psychology, and pacing

-You know how modern short-form content should look

-You are organized and can fix a messy content ecosystem

- You can give direct, honest feedback

-You communicate well in English

-You want to help build a long-term personal brand
