ICABA World Network seeks a producer who combines editorial judgment, dependable production management and growth marketing. The role is responsible for the complete episode lifecycle—from concept and guest preparation through publishing, content repurposing, distribution, audience development and conversion optimization.
•Establish a distinctive, high-trust podcast brand aligned with ICABA’s positioning: a global ecosystem for accomplished Black professionals and entrepreneurs to succeed, lead, and prosper.
•Convert attention into measurable action: membership inquiries and subscriptions, event registrations, community participation, sponsor leads and partner opportunities.
•Create a sponsor-ready media product with consistent programming, audience intelligence and professional reporting.
•Build a reusable content library that strengthens ICABA-TV, Black Professionals Month and other priority programs.
Recording and Production
•Produce and direct remote, studio, hybrid and live-event recordings; manage platform setup, audio routing, lighting/framing guidance and recording redundancy.
•Open each episode with a strong audience hook and structure conversations for pace, clarity, emotional resonance and retention.
•Edit audio and video to professional standards, including cleanup, color correction, leveling, music, branded graphics, captions, lower thirds and sponsor elements.
•Deliver platform-appropriate masters, thumbnails and metadata; perform final quality control before release.
•Create and maintain production templates, brand standards, file naming, archives and backup procedures.
Content Marketing and Repurposing
•Turn each full episode into a coordinated content package designed for discovery, engagement and conversion.
•Identify the strongest insights, stories and quotable moments; edit vertical and horizontal clips with captions and compelling opening text.
•Create or direct supporting assets such as audiograms, quote cards, carousels, blog/article summaries and newsletter features.
•Build an evergreen redistribution plan so high-performing episodes continue generating traffic after launch week.
Audience Growth and Conversion
•Create a clear conversion path for every episode: one primary CTA, trackable link or QR code, relevant landing page, and follow-up nurture sequence.
•Coordinate with ICABA’s web, CRM and email resources to capture source data and reduce friction from content to registration or purchase
