Who We Are:
The Randall Osché Podcast is a long-form interview podcast focused on real conversations with people navigating meaningful personal and professional change. Guests are the backbone of the show.
What We Do:
We interview individuals with interesting personal and professional journeys and publish thoughtful long-form conversations. Maintaining a steady, organized guest pipeline is critical to the podcast’s growth.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Podcast Guest Manager whose primary responsibility is researching, coordinating, and managing podcast guests from outreach through scheduling.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential podcast guests
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and responses
- Coordinate scheduling and maintain a guest tracker
- Ensure guest logistics are handled smoothly
Secondary Responsibilities (Helpful, Not Required):
- Writing or refining outreach
- Light social research on potential guests
- Calendar coordination
Additional Context:
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys research, organization, and clear communication. Attention to detail matters more than speed.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in research, coordination, or outreach roles
- Strong written English
- Comfortable tracking work in spreadsheets or simple systems
Hours and compensation:
Hours and hourly rate will be determined based on experience, demonstrated competency, and performance over time. The role will be part-time, with the potential to expand hours and scope for the right person.
I value reliability, ownership, and follow-through. Strong performance will be rewarded with additional responsibility and increased compensation over time.
Hiring process:
- The hiring process is intentionally structured and straightforward:
- Initial interview to confirm fit, communication, and expectations
- The second interview focused on role-specific experience and approach
- Paid task designed to reflect real work from the role
The paid task is required and will be compensated. This ensures clarity and fairness on both sides before moving forward.
