JOB OVERVIEW

The project
7 short podcast episodes (8 to 12 minutes each)
1 long podcast episode (about 60 minutes)
Full edit of each one
Viral-worthy short clips pulled from every episode

This is a one-time project. But if you crush it, we have ongoing work for the right person.

What you will deliver:

For the 7 short episodes:
Clean full edit (cut filler, tighten pacing, balance audio)
2 to 3 short clips per episode for social

For the 1 long episode:
Clean full edit of the full hour
4 to 6 viral-worthy clips with captions and polish

What makes a clip "viral-worthy"?
- It hooks in the first 2 seconds
- It is built from the strongest ---------- nts in the episode
- You may need to stitch 5 seconds from one part with 5 seconds from another to build one killer clip
- Captions are clean, well-timed, and styled
- It looks polished. Not basic.

This is not a chop-and-cut job. We want you to watch the podcast and find the gold. Most editors miss it. The right editor sees a ---------- nt at minute 14 that pairs with something said at minute 47, and cuts them together into one short clip that pops.

What we want from you:
- Taste. You can spot what will actually do well online.
- Speed without losing quality
- Any editing software you want. We do not care about the tool. We care about the output.
- Clear communication and on-time delivery
