Overview:
Join our dynamic creative team as a Podcast Video Editor, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming raw podcast recordings into engaging, high-quality video content. We’re looking for a talented individual who excels in storytelling, maintains a meticulous eye for detail, and can balance independent work with collaborative efforts. If you're passionate about producing visually compelling podcast videos that captivate audiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the podcast video editing process from start to finish, ensuring smooth pacing, engaging visuals, and a polished final product.
-Incorporate multicam editing, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements to elevate the podcast experience.
-Optimize audio quality by handling basic audio cleanup, mixing, and syncing with video for a professional and immersive listening experience.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
-Stay up to date with trends in podcast production, video editing techniques, and audience engagement strategies.
-Work closely with the team to oversee color correction, audio-video syncing, and final mastering for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and streaming services.

Requirements:

-Ability to edit 30+ minute podcast videos and work with large video files (1GB+).
-Must have a capable editing computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen processor or better.
-Must have a reliable internet connection with speeds of 100 Mbps or higher.
-Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred.
-Experience with multicam editing, subtitles, and motion graphics is a plus.
-Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
-Excellent communication skills and strong responsiveness to team interactions and feedback (very important!).
-Willingness to learn, improve, and listen to feedback (very important!).
-Must have 20+ hours per week available to work with Vimerse.
-Must have a portfolio showcasing previous editing work.

Note: Initially, working hours are flexible but are expected to become more consistent in the following months.
