JOB OVERVIEW

**Title:** Podcast Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

**Hours:** 10–12 hours per week
**Pay:** $3–$4 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our podcast content and social media presence.

Your main goal will be helping turn podcast episodes into valuable content and distributing it across multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

• Watch podcast episodes and identify viral or engaging ---------- nts
• Create or organize 3–7 minute clips from longer podcast episodes
• Help write episode descriptions and titles
• Upload and distribute podcast clips to different platforms
• Assist with managing social media alongside me
• Help automate posts when possible
• Review older podcast episodes to find ---------- nts that can be repurposed
• Occasionally create thumbnails (not required but a bonus)
• Provide feedback or suggestions on content ideas (optional but appreciated)

**This role is perfect for someone who:**

• Enjoys watching podcasts and identifying interesting ---------- nts
• Understands what type of content performs well online
• Is organized and reliable
• Is comfortable working independently
• Has experience with social media platforms and content posting

**Nice to have (but not required):**

• Experience clipping podcast content
• Basic thumbnail design skills
• Experience with scheduling or automation tools

My goal is to focus more on recording content while you help with the content workflow and distribution.
