JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Platform Implementation & Quality Specialist to help us ensure top-tier quality and accuracy for our merchant-facing web experiences.

In this role, your primary focus will be reviewing and validating completed site implementations, experience builds, bug fixes, and development work prior to release. You will work directly with our internal Development, Support, and Customer Success teams to track down and resolve issues. Additionally, you will support select web experience builds and platform configurations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and validate implementations, web builds, bug fixes, and dev tickets to ensure they meet specifications.

• Perform functional, visual, responsive (desktop/mobile), regression, and edge-case testing.

• Identify and document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, and supporting screenshots/recordings.

• Collaborate directly with the Development Team to resolve issues and re-verify fixes before release.

• Implement minor merchant-requested changes and configure web platform experiences based on approved requirements.

• Maintain clear documentation and seamless communication across our dev and support teams.

Requirements
• Experience: 1+ years in web Quality Assurance (QA), platform configuration, web implementation, or website content management.

• Ticketing Systems: Proven experience using tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar.

• Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

• QA & Testing Expertise: Strong functional, visual, responsive, and edge-case testing skills with high attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills. Must be able to document findings clearly and communicate effectively.

Nice-to-Haves / Advantages:
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or e-commerce, CMS, and personalization platforms.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and browser Developer Tools (Chrome DevTools).

• Experience or familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) platforms.
