I am building a structured outreach pipeline targeting property management companies in the Bay Area.
I need a detail-oriented assistant who can follow exact instructions and execute repeatable tasks with precision.
This is NOT a creative marketing role.
This is NOT a sales role.
This is a structured systems role.

Core Responsibilities
1. Research property management companies
2. Build clean spreadsheets (company-level data only)
3. Send outreach messages exactly as written (no edits)
4. Track replies and update CRM
5. Schedule calls using a booking link
6. Maintain organized records of accounts and introductions
You will follow SOPs step-by-step.

• Ability to follow scripts exactly
• Comfort with repetitive structured work
• Reliability and consistency
