Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Pinterest Ads Manager to take ownership of Pinterest advertising for a multi 7-figure dropshipping business, active in the health and beauty niche.
Pinterest is already live and working for us — this is not a setup-from-scratch role.
We currently run Pinterest as a side project alongside our Meta campaigns, generating ~$2,000/day in revenue from Pinterest ads. The foundation is proven. What we want now is to put a real expert on this channel who can scale it profitably to much bigger numbers while maintaining amazing profitability.
This role is for someone who understands Pinterest as a performance ad platform and knows how to squeeze it
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take full ownership of Pinterest ad campaigns with a focus on profitable scale
- Analyze and optimize existing campaigns, creatives and structures
- Develop a clear roadmap to scale Pinterest from a side channel ? major revenue driver
- Launch and test new creatives, angles, and formats
- Work with existing assets or create/request new ones to continuously improve performance
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, spend efficiency, and scaling limits
- Identify what’s working fast — and double down on it
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience running and scaling Pinterest ads for eCommerce / dropshipping
- Strong understanding of Pinterest’s ad platform, targeting, and optimization levers
- Performance-driven mindset — you care about profit and scale, not impressions
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
- Someone excited about scaling a channel that’s already producing real revenue
