JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple health & beauty eCommerce offers and are looking for an experienced Pinterest Ads Manager who can take ownership of campaigns end-to-end: creatives, tracking, optimization, scaling, and account stability.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Plan, launch, and manage Pinterest ad campaigns (prospecting + retargeting) to hit CPA/ROAS targets
- Media buying & scaling: increase spend profitably while maintaining stable performance
- Creative adjustments for approval: resize/edit images, improve text overlays, make compliant variations, and ensure creatives meet Pinterest ad policies
- Campaign optimization: structure campaigns, set up audiences, refine targeting, placements, bidding, budgets, and pacing
- Ad-level optimization: test angles/hooks, formats, pins, landing page combinations, and creative iterations
- Setup & tracking support: help with Pinterest Tag, events, conversion API (if applicable), catalog feeds, and verification
- Prevent bans / ensure account stability: follow policy best practices, avoid risky patterns, troubleshoot disapprovals, and keep the Business Manager healthy
- Reporting & insights: weekly performance reports with clear next steps and test roadmap

What’s in it for you
- $500–$1,000/month (based on experience + workload you take on)
- Flexible workload: about 2–6 hours/day, depending on how many campaigns/products you want to manage
- Long-term opportunity: we’re looking for someone to grow with us (not a short one-off gig)
- Room to scale your income: performance-based bonuses available when targets are consistently hit (CPA/ROAS)
- Autonomy & ownership: you’ll lead the Pinterest channel end-to-end—your decisions actually get implemented
- Fast execution environment: quick approvals, no endless meetings, clear priorities
- Stable, professional team: organized communication, clear expectations, and respectful collaboration

Must-have experience
- Proven Pinterest Ads experience (please share results/case studies)
- Experience advertising health and/or beauty offers (understanding compliance and ad approval nuances)
- Strong skills in creative testing frameworks (A/B tests, iterations, scaling winners)
- Comfortable with data + tracking (Pinterest Tag/events, attribution, basic debugging)
- Able to edit and adapt creatives quickly (Canva/Photoshop or similar) for compliance + performance
- Clear communicator, proactive, and organized (you’ll own the channel)
