Job Title: Physician Recruiter (Locum Tenens & Permanent Placement)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, US Business Hours (Night Shift in the Philippines)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers for locum tenens and permanent positions. You will source, screen, and place candidates while building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract qualified physicians and locum tenens candidates through various channels including job boards, social media (LinkedIn), networking, and referrals
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific client requirements
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate throughout the recruitment process
Matching & Placement: Align physician candidates with open positions in hospitals and practices, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to job offer
Coordination: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating the credentialing and onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in physician recruitment or locum tenens recruitment in a healthcare agency environment
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry, physician credentialing processes, and recruitment best practices
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with strong telephone presence and confidence speaking with US-based candidates
Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Work Setup: Ability to work in US business hours from a home office with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace.
