We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapy Associate to join our dynamic team. This position will involve coordinating physical therapy services, managing patient care schedules, and ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule physical therapy services for patients.
• Communicate effectively with physical therapists, patients, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with patient intake and onboarding processes.
• Monitor therapy outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy Preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy a must
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health records (EHR) is beneficial.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and patient care.
