ABOUT THE ROLE
Full-time Photographer / Videographer (Visual Content Creator) for Code One, a premium mechanical keyboard brand. PHP 35,000/month. Hybrid — you must be Makati-based (or able to reliably commute) and work in person at least one day a week in Salcedo Village, Makati. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.

At Code One, we're building a different kind of mechanical keyboard brand. Our goal is to move beyond traditional tech marketing and create visuals inspired by fashion editorials, premium consumer technology, industrial design, and modern creative culture.

We already have a strong creative direction and brand vision. We're looking for someone with the skills and visual taste to execute that vision through photography, video, and content production — and to own the production pipeline day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Execute editorial-style photo and video shoots based on creative direction
• Bring campaign concepts and references to life through visual production
• Handle photography, videography, lighting, and composition
• Handle styling, locations, props, and shoot preparation
• Direct models and talent during shoots when needed
• Produce a steady weekly flow of social media and campaign assets (stills, short-form video, product imagery)
• Edit and refine visual content for brand use
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to turn creative ideas into finished visuals
• Maintain consistency in Code One's visual identity across every channel

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
• Has a strong eye for composition, lighting, styling, and visual storytelling
• Has real experience with photography, videography, or visual content production (portfolio required)
• Understands fashion, lifestyle, and editorial aesthetics
• Appreciates minimalism and premium design
• Can take creative direction while adding their own creative perspective
• Is detail-oriented and cares about the quality of the final output
• Experience with AI creative tools is a plus, but not required

WORK ARRANGEMENT
• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Philippine business hours
• Salary: PHP 35,000/month
• Hybrid: at least one in-person day per week in Salcedo Village, Makati (creative reviews, production planning, shoot sessions); remote otherwise
• Reports to the Head of Growth
