Job Description:
We are a land investment and sales company seeking a reliable and creative Photo & Video Editor to support our growing content needs. We manage a high volume of land listings and require consistent, high-quality visual content for use on our property listing websites, YouTube, and social media platforms.
This role involves both creative editing and basic file management to keep our marketing assets organized and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform color and lighting correction on land/property photos
Format and optimize images for web and mobile viewing (correct sizing, orientation, compression)
Edit raw video footage into compelling walk-throughs, highlight reels, and social media shorts
Create content tailored for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and
Add branded elements such as intros/outros, subtitles, and voiceovers as needed
Organize media files in structured Google Drive folders by project/property
Collaborate with our team using Slack to receive tasks, share drafts, and get feedback
Deliver projects promptly, typically within 24–72 hours
Qualifications:
Proven experience with both photo and video editing (portfolio required)
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
Familiarity with formatting for real estate or outdoor content is preferred
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple active projects
Comfortable using Google Drive and Slack for team communication and file sharing
Bonus: Experience editing drone footage or using voiceovers
Workload & Commitment:
Ongoing freelance or part-time role (approx. 10–20 hours/week to start)
