JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Photo Quality Control & Upload Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will review edited real estate photography, identify quality issues, and ensure final images are properly organized and delivered.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for detail, enjoys working with digital files, and can follow established workflows consistently.

Responsibilities
Review edited photos to ensure they meet quality standards
Identify and report issues such as incorrect colors, exposure problems, editing artifacts, or other inconsistencies
Follow quality control procedures and document any issues found
Organize and upload approved photo files to cloud storage platforms
Verify that files are correctly named, sorted, and delivered according to company guidelines
Sync approved content with designated delivery platforms
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers regarding revisions or quality concerns
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and project status
Meet turnaround times and daily productivity expectations
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual inconsistencies
Basic understanding of digital photography and image quality
Experience using cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar tools
Strong organizational and file management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow documented processes
Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
Willingness to learn new tools and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in photo quality control, image review, or administrative support
Familiarity with real estate photography or photo editing workflows
Experience working with content management or file delivery systems
Previous remote work experience
