JOB OVERVIEW

Photo Editor / Colorist [Ongoing Project-Based Work]

Remote | Project-Based | $50 USD Per Project

Liana Vibes Studio is looking for a reliable Photo Editor / Colorist to support ongoing client campaigns. We currently anticipate approximately 3–4 projects per month and are looking for someone we can build a consistent working relationship with.

+ SCOPE OF WORK:

Each project will typically include approximately 500 RAW images from a professional photo shoot.

+ YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Reviewing and culling the full RAW gallery
2. Selecting the strongest images based on composition, focus, expression, lighting, and storytelling
3. Delivering approximately 90–150 professionally edited final images
4. Color correction and color grading
5. Exposure and white-balance adjustments
6. Cropping and composition refinement where necessary
7. Maintaining natural, accurate skin tones
8. Applying or developing LUTs/presets as needed
9. Maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic throughout the entire campaign
10, Exporting final images according to provided specifications
11. Organizing completed files for efficient client delivery

Heavy Photoshop manipulation or advanced beauty retouching is not expected unless specifically requested.

+ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We want someone with a strong visual eye who understands that editing is about more than applying a preset. You should be able to look at a campaign as a complete visual story and create consistency across different lighting conditions, environments, subjects, and compositions.

Experience with Adobe Lightroom / Lightroom Classic is strongly preferred. Photoshop experience is a plus.

You should be comfortable working independently once a campaign’s visual direction and references have been provided.

+ TURNAROUND:

We are looking for fast, dependable turnaround on large galleries. Ideal turnaround is approximately 5-7 days per project, depending on gallery size.

+ NON-NEGOTIABLES:
Reliability, communication, attention to detail, and consistency are extremely important.

+ COMPENSATION:

$50 USD per completed project
* You must have Payoneer available for payment.

+ TYPICAL PROJECT:

1. 500 RAW images submitted
2. Cull/select [Delete blurry photos, unusable photos, etc]
3. 90–150 final edited images

+ MISC
1. You will use Slack, Google Drive.
2. Zoo ---------- etings

We currently anticipate approximately 3–4 projects per month, with the opportunity for additional projects as our studio continues to grow.

We are looking for someone who can eventually become a trusted part of our creative production workflow. Not simply someone to edit one gallery.
