JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our team. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and the ability to transform RAW, flat images into vibrant, high-quality final products. The ideal candidate must be efficient, consistent, and capable of handling high-volume editing while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and enhance high volumes of photos using Adobe Lightroom

Professionally color grade images to achieve vibrant, polished results

Create and process HDR photos with accurate exposure blending

Edit both HDR and standard images with consistent color, tone, and style

Take RAW, flat images and transform them into visually appealing, high-quality final images

Maintain brand consistency across all edited content

Organize and manage large batches of photos efficiently

Deliver completed projects within established deadlines

Performance Expectations

Ability to edit up to 500 burst photos per day while maintaining quality standards

Strong workflow management and efficiency in batch processing

High attention to detail and consistency across large photo sets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Photo Editor

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom

Strong understanding of color correction, color grading, exposure balancing, and sharpening

Experience editing HDR photography

Ability to work with RAW image files and enhance flat images professionally

Strong time management and ability to meet high-volume deadlines

Portfolio demonstrating before-and-after editing examples

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate, construction, lifestyle, or outdoor photography editing

Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop is a plus)
